Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over S$200 within Singapore, and over S$400 for international orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Strait Pristine has no control over these fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by contacting our customer service team.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at service@str4it.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
